Apostille and Legalization  

We have staff available to carry out the process of apostille or legalization before the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Colombia or before a Colombian Consulate abroad. This process is done by document regardless of the number of pages it contains and it start with the issue of the document. The fee includes processing, service and delivery to the user (apostille certificate and legalization) once the process is completing.

In case of requesting the service of apostille and legalization through our company, you can submit (as the case may be) the original document in our office or you can send it scanned via e-mail and consult the requirements for the apostille and/or legalization.

This is done for various documents that include but it is not limited to: birth certificate, marriage certificate, single status certificate, university records, and titles of public and private institutions, and certificates of criminal records.
